Pre-Orders

We offer our Collection Noir as an pre-order option at the moment. You can pick your favourite bag, click on the “Pre-Order Now” button, go through the checkout process where you put in all your information. On the right side you see the “pay later”  option will automatically be applied and voila, your bag is pre-ordered. When we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with all the information you need to pay for your order. Estimated shipping time is May 2017. As soon as we have more detailed information we will keep you up to date through the email you provided during the checkout process. Please also keep an eye on our social media accounts & blog, as we will post updates there as well.

If you wish to step back from the purchase anytime from placing your pre-order you can do so in your “My account” area or send us an email at shop@magnificentbag.com and we’d be happy accommodate your request.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped securely packaged and insured via a renowned carrier. As of now we ship to Germany, most European countries & the USA. If you would like to have your order shipped to a different country please contact us at shop@magnificentbag.com, so we can work on accommodating your request.
Our delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process or you can take a peek here:
Germany: Free Shipping
Europe (EU countries): 10,99 EUR*
Europe (non EU countries): 23,99 EUR*
USA: 29,99 EUR*
(* the shipping cost does not include any duties or other local charges your import authorities might charge)

Delivery times

You can pre-order our Collection Noir via our online shop (please also see the FAQ “Pre-Order” for more information on this topic). Delivery is planned for May 2017. Of course we will keep you updated on exact times and send you more information to the email you provided during checkout. We also recommend keeping an eye on our blog and social media channels.

Payment options

As of now our products can be pre-ordered with the “pay later” option. When the bags are in stock we will send you an email with all necessary information to complete the payment process. We accept payments via Paypal. Paypal is a secure, flexible and internationally accessible platform, where you can easily create your own account (if you haven’t already) and choose if Paypal should charge your bank account, credit card or balance for your order. Returns & Exchanges

We always do our best to make you happy, but if you wish to return your ordered goods you can make use of your revocation right and send everything back to us within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at shop@magnificentbag.com, so we can provide you with the necessary information and papers. The cost of returning the goods within Germany will be borne by us. Please understand, that we cannot pay for the cost of international returns.
Your returned goods have to be in their original condition (unused and free of any signs of wear and tear) and can be sent to the following address:

After receiving the return package we will optionally refund your money within 14 days or send you another product of your choice in exchange.

We always do our very best to provide you with a rocking customer experience and respond to your request within 24 hours. Please understand, that due to high email- and order volume there can be a slight delay at times.
